These terms apply to all participants enrolled in StarrMark Tennis Academy programs, camps, and lessons. By registering, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Parents and guardians enrolling minor participants agree on behalf of themselves and their child.

1. Registration and Payment

All program registrations are processed through CourtReserve. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. StarrMark Tennis Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a program whose payment is not received in full.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are eligible for a credit toward a future session but are not eligible for a cash refund. No refunds or credits are issued for missed individual sessions.

StarrMark Tennis Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, court conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by the academy, participants will receive a credit for the affected session.

3. Weather Policy

Outdoor sessions may be cancelled due to inclement weather including lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe court conditions. Cancellations will be communicated as promptly as possible via email or through the CourtReserve platform. StarrMark Tennis Academy is not responsible for weather-related cancellations but will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or credit affected sessions.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in tennis training. StarrMark Tennis Academy reserves the right to remove any participant from a session if their participation poses a risk to themselves or others. Participants with known medical conditions should consult a physician before enrolling. Academy staff are not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in tennis programs involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to muscle strain, falls, and equipment-related injuries. By registering, participants and their guardians acknowledge and accept these inherent risks. This acknowledgment does not waive claims arising from the negligence of StarrMark Tennis Academy or its staff.

Note: A separate liability waiver will be provided at enrollment and must be signed before participation begins.

6. Photo and Media Release

StarrMark Tennis Academy may photograph or video participants during sessions for use in promotional materials including the academy website and social media. By registering, you grant StarrMark Tennis Academy permission to use such images. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect at all times. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund. Parents and guardians are expected to model respectful behavior while on the premises.

8. Supervision

StarrMark Tennis Academy provides supervision during scheduled session times only. The academy is not responsible for participants before or after scheduled session times. Parents and guardians of junior participants are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up.

9. Changes to Terms

StarrMark Tennis Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in academy programs following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
